Our online programme ‘ PERFIT TRAIN ‘ is heavily influenced by our key compound movements, get strong, increase capacity and move well.

Sessions lengths 50-60 minutes, training 5/6 days a week.

  • 3 strength sessions (squat/lower, hinge/upper and full body)
  • 2 conditioning sessions (engine and endurance)
  • 1 running session
