WHAT TO EXPECT

 Small group personal training is our unique approach to 1-2-1 training, you will receive a personal training approach and close attention to meet your goals but within a small group surrounded by like minded people making sessions fun, friendly and competitive. 

Be under the watchful eye of our experienced and motivated coaching team each session, who will take you through the PERFIT programme and all movements. Assisting and encouraging you to make progress throughout each SGPT session.


Have more flexibility than ever before to book your personal training, using our PERFIT app. Be able to plan, book and alter your routine with a click of a button. Get caught up at work or with the kids and family. Just book off and move to the next available session. Our coaching schedule currently runs over 50 sessions across the week.

Our fitness classes are in larger groups, which compliment your SGPT sessions, work on movement and intensity in a measured approach. These classes are all about community, vibes and working up a sweat to level up your fitness.
